Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “ToS”) define the conditions under which the SellerNumbers service is made available to users.

SellerNumbers is an online software service (SaaS) intended for e-commerce sellers, providing tools to assist with sales tracking and the preparation of accounting and tax obligations, in particular with regard to VAT.

2. Service Publisher

3. Access to the Service

Access to the SellerNumbers service is reserved for users with an active account. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt all or part of the service, in particular for maintenance or technical development purposes.

4. Nature of the Service – Limitation of Liability (IMPORTANT)

SellerNumbers is a support tool.

The service provides calculations, estimates, tables, and automated information, intended to assist the user in preparing accounting and tax obligations.

SellerNumbers does not constitute, under any circumstances:

• a tax or legal advisory service,
• an accounting or bookkeeping service,
• a service for filing tax returns on behalf of the user.

The user remains solely responsible for:

• verifying the data,
• the accuracy of tax returns,
• the amounts declared to tax authorities,
• compliance with applicable regulations in each country.

SYLVAMORI SAS shall not be held liable for errors, omissions, penalties, tax adjustments, or any consequences resulting from the use of the service.

5. User Responsibility

The user undertakes to:

• provide accurate and complete data,
• use the service in compliance with applicable laws,
• verify the results provided by the software before any official filing.

Any fraudulent or abusive use of the service may result in suspension or termination of the account.

6. Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund

The SellerNumbers service is offered on a subscription basis.

Cancellation

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their user account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Refund

Unless otherwise stated, no refund will be issued for any subscription period already started, including in the event of early cancellation.

6 bis. Usage Limits – Individual Use

The SellerNumbers subscription is intended for individual use by a single e-commerce seller acting on their own behalf.

Each subscription includes a maximum processing limit of 10,000 orders per subscription period, unless otherwise specified in the subscribed offer.

Any use exceeding this limit, or any use that may be considered as use by a platform, an agency, a service provider, or a third party, may result in:

• a temporary limitation of access to the service,
• suspension of the account,
• or reclassification of the subscription to a specific or professional plan.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements making up the SellerNumbers service (software, interfaces, texts, databases, logos) are the exclusive property of SYLVAMORI SAS.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is prohibited.

8. Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with the service is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to the Terms of Service

SYLVAMORI SAS reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The version in force is the one applicable at the time the service is used.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
